Bill Biles
Principal / VP Operations
Bill has been involved in construction since he was 12 years old. He attended Birmingham-Southern and The University of Tennessee with an emphasis in business and supply chain management, and has been building in Knoxville since 2009.
Zac Booth
Lead Project Manager
Zac has been with Biles for 8 years and comes from a background in finance. He supports the team with all high-level project management, from multimillion-dollar subdivisions to high-end custom homes, and gives clients and the team the best communication and support they could ask for.
Spencer Howe
Superintendent
Spencer has been with Biles since 2014. He has done most everything in the company, has an in-depth knowledge of the construction process, and runs our custom home jobsites.
Brient Jones
Superintendent
Brient has been building custom homes in Knoxville for over 25 years, including high-end homes at Blackberry Farm with Johnson & Galyon and work with F. E. Trainer Construction. He runs our custom home division.
Jesus “Chuy” Climaco
Project Supervisor
Chuy grew up building and remodeling with his dad and Gonzalez Construction. He provides direct support to our superintendents and is fluent in English and Spanish.
Jackson Biles
Project Supervisor
Jackson grew up in the construction industry and is pursuing his Construction Management degree at The University of Tennessee. He supports our superintendents and assists the Lead Project Manager on special projects.
Jaxson Rogers
Project Supervisor
Jaxson is pursuing his construction management degree and provides direct support to our superintendents. His willingness to go the extra mile makes him a valuable part of the team.
Lois Chrisman
Accounting
Lois brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and operations. Born and raised in Knoxville, she is in charge of accounting and business operations and helps our clients with budgets and financial planning.
Dara Roberts
Interior Design / Customer Liaison
Dara comes from the construction industry and specializes in interior design, with over 5 years of experience. She builds relationships with every client to guide the selection process and communicates their needs to the whole team.
