Buyer finalizes selection of house plan and lot then all parties execute a Purchase and Sales Agreement. Buyer provides non-refundable earnest funds to be held at the title company.
Construction meeting with builder to approve final design modifications and execution of construction contract.
Construction begins. Buyer should expect the construction process to take 8-10 months.
Rough-framing walk through for buyer to approve switch locations, door swings, and discuss any last minute changes.
Selection meetings: Buyer will choose selections/finishes in multiple stages throughout the build.
Walk through to generate punch list and Builder obtains Certificate of Occupancy.
Closing held at First Priority Tiltle Company Inc.
One-year builders warranty begins on the day of closing.
