Bill Biles

PRESIDENT
Bill is married with a Family of 4 and brings over 20 years of construction experience to the company. Bill holds a BA from Birmingham Southern/University of Tennessee with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management. Bill started the company in 2010 and has built a tight knit team that specializes in building high end custom homes.

Zac Booth

SITE MANAGER
Zac has worked at Biles Construction for 5 years. Zac is in charge of Site Management, Scheduling and Quality Control. Zac comes from the financial industry and brings a keen insight into the operations/project management side of every project. Zac continues to impress our clients with his professional manner and risk management skills. When we need something done quickly and effectively we call on Zac.

Spencer Howe

Site Manager
Spencer has worked at Biles Construction for 10 years. Spencer is in charge of Site Management, Scheduling and Quality Control. Spencer has built relationships in our industry to keep Biles Construction's clients on the top of everyone's priority list. Spencer has also helped implement technology to many of our processes for our annual continuous improvement projects.

Lois Chrisman

Accounting
Lois Brings over 35 years experience in accounting and operations to our firm. Lois was born and raised here in Knoxville and is in charge of accounting and business operations. Lois also helps our clients with budgets and financial planning.

Dara Roberts

Interior Design/Customer Liaison
Dara comes to us from the construction industry and specializes in interior design. Dara brings over 5 years of interior design experience to our firm. She has traveled extensively and has a wonderful eye for selections and tempering customer needs without losing the aesthetic appeal on all of her projects. Dara builds relationships with every client to assist in the selection process and effectively communicates this to our entire team.
